Edward is an Associate at McKay Advocates in the Conveyancing & Property and Banking Practice. He specialises in banking and structured finance transactions focusing on securitisation transactions, distressed assets disposals and acquisitions. He also has extensive experience in general financing, including lending, real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance and construction law.

 

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
