Paul Momanyi Nyaosi Paul is McKay’s Managing Partner and a Partner in McKay’s Commercial Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He specialises in commercial and civil litigation in all areas including banking law, property law, employment, public procurement, ADR, constitutional and human rights and succession and estate planning. He has represented numerous clients and is known for his track record in providing the best-case strategy with the client’s goals and objectives in mind. He affords every client careful consideration to their commercial objectives by undertaking an evaluation of both legal and reputational risks and merits of each brief in developing the most efficient and effective approach. His rich appreciation of the judicial and arbitral processes enables him to provide bespoke solutions geared towards resolving the most complex of commercial disputes. Paul also provides consultancy and transactional advisory services to various institutions in both the private and public sectors. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in law and is a law graduate from Moi University. He also holds a post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.
