Njoki is an Associate at McKay’s Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nairobi Branch.

 

She is an ardent legal practitioner with more than 4 years of experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Her extensive experience and incisive application of the law have enabled her successfully represent clients before different courts (from the Supreme Court of Kenya to the Magistrate Courts) as well as various arbitral tribunals within the country.

 

Njoki specializes in the resolution of disputes arising from construction contracts, complex commercial transactions, tax matters, employment and labour matters, land matters, insolvency and insurance law.
