Risper Wanjiru Kiriungi serves as an Associate in the Real Estate, Banking, and Securities Department. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Risper has a proven track record of handling high-value transactions, including over 100 property transfers, long-term leases, and subdivisions both manually and via ArdhiSasa. Her expertise spans commercial property developments, regulatory compliance, and the perfection of banking securities.

She is known for her strong leadership and client relationship skills, she effectively guides clients through complex conveyancing landscapes from instruction to registration.
