
Samuel Wamai Wangeci
Samuel is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Transactions Department. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. His foundational legal training includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Kenyatta University School of Law.
Prior to his current role, Samuel gained extensive experience at the Firm, first as a Trainee Advocate from January to July 2024, and subsequently as a Holding Over Associate from August to December 2024.
Samuel routinely advises clients on diverse legal matters including business setup and licensing, immigration, regulatory compliance, debt advisory and restructuring, intellectual property, commercial contracts, and transaction due diligence.
He has been involved in several notable assignments including advising a multinational gaming company on entry into the Kenyan gambling sector, advising one of the premier private healthcare providers in Kenya on the restructuring of its debts and advising one of the premier banks in Kenya on the registration of its software offerings while ensuring compliance with the country’s banking laws.
